Payment terms

• 20% advance at the time of confirmation
• 30% before 5 days of travel time
• 50% balance at arrival by cash, card (credit/ debit)

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 90 days is fully refundable after deducting minimal service charges.
• Cancellation before 15 days of the travel date is 60% refundable.
• Cancellation before 07 days of the travel date is 40% refundable.
• Not refundable on cancellation within 4 days of travel date.
• For flight booking cancellation, charges would be applicable as per the airline’s policy.
• Refunds/Cancellations shall be processed in 5-7 working days and released within 30 days.
• 15% would be deducted as processing fees on all our refunds/Cancellations.
